How We Work
We are advocates for your organization - we truly believe that the best way to get you return of investment ( ROI ) on your technology is for us to learn what you do first so we can become experts in your business. As a result we developed a business model that transcends the cut-throat hourly model and empowers us to become nested advocates within your organization.
This allows us to be your partners in growth.

We offer tailored sprint based monthly plans that give structure with flexibility. What is a sprint? Its an AGILE term for a unit of predefined work in a fixed amount of time. Before each month we'll meet with you to plan the next month of work, and then we can right-size the monthly plan as needed to fit your needs on a monthly basis, scaling up or down as needed.

How much time is planned in a sprint? We don't like to reduce it to hours, but we understand having a benchmark can be useful for comparison and planning. We use 1/4 of a weekly Full Time Employee ( FTE ) as a standard size for a sprint. So at the start of each sprint cycle we'll have about 8-12 hours planned on average in that cycle, plus planning and design sessions as needed.​​​​

Plan
Every month we will meet and plan. We will take the time to work with you to figure out what you need and fit it to one of our plans. Planned work can be application management, strategic planning, development services, discovery, R&D, training, consulting or anything that we can do to provide value to your organization.

Execute
At the beginning of the month we'll confirm the plan, then we execute the plan. During this time if small minor things come up and can be fitted in, we'll add them in. Otherwise we can bump them into a future month. If things take reasonably longer than expected, we'll work to get them done as best we can. No overage. No haggling over hourly time.

Maintain and Support
While you are on one of our monthly sprint based plans the following are included without additional fees or charges:
general support, additional design meetings, emergency requests, ad hoc consults and questions.
Our goal is to become nested partners in your organization - not nickel and dime you for design meetings and overages.
